David no longer works here but I'd be happy to help you out whenever you need help!

Your Payoneer card is intended to be used as a payout solution, to get paid from any of our official partners or the US Payment Service. Your Payoneer account should not be used for the sole purpose of Private Loading. To avoid any confusion, we have disabled the option on the website for each account that is not yet active in receiving payments from the above mentioned methods.
If you're actively receiving payments through adf.ly the option should be available to you.

My AdF.ly Payment Failed! it has been refused by Payoneer.

any solution, suggestion, or any ideas why

I've contacted payoneer and they send me this : Please contact your paying company for information on how payouts are initiated.

Once we receive notification from your paying company to transfer money to your account, we will send you a “good news” email notification to advise you to accept the funds.

Common reasons of refused payments is due to country restriction. If that is not the case for you, I would contact adfly support to get this resolved. There may also be delays in getting your money back to your adfly account (normally up to 30 days unfortunately).

edit - Actually, sorry, you should contact Payoneer. Their the ones refusing it so not sure why they would ask you to contact us. But it may be a good idea to let our staff know your current issue.

Thanks for checking my issue. Actually there is no restriction about my country I'm from Morocco.
I've replied to their email with the following :
" my paying company information on how payouts are initiated : " Your earnings will be automatically paid before midnight on the next payment date (June 1st, 2014) "
I hope that's the right information they wanted
