Paypal account type???

I tried to make paypal account but I had a problem. There were 2 types for paypal account. One was 'Buy with PayPal' and the other was 'Receive payments with PayPal'. I think the second one is right but to make sure, I post this topic. I don't really know much about this forum(actually this forum is the first forum I had) so if I had posted in other place, I will delete this post right away.

I'm not a English speaker so I am not good at English. Sorry about that.

I don't remember these 2 choices (must be something new since I had my paypal for years). By definition, if you want to receive money, you want the 2nd choice.
