Can Our Http Proxy Servers Convert Urls & Links To Adfly Links ?

Postby TheEnquisitor » Sat Oct 22, 2016 10:26 pm

Adfly Admins,

1. Can we run web http proxies (web cache or anonymous proxies) that converts all the user typed urls using adfly api (so when users type page urls like "Google.com" on my http proxy site's url input field, then they get redirected instead to something like http://adf.ly/1345678/http://www.google.com
) ?

2. Can we run web http proxies (web cache or anonymous proxies) that converts all the links on a page using adfly api (so when users click links on third party webpages served to the user by my http proxy server then they see our adfly links on these webpages) ?

Anything else I should know ?

Ps - This is gonna go viral because the http proxy server will rotate adfly api using each user's adfly api. That way, users earn money.
So, if Tom refers Harry, then when Harry uses the http proxy server then the urls/links are converted using his sponsor's (Tom's) adfly api. That way, when Harry clicks links, he clicks Tom's adfly links.
The more people you refer, the more people see urls/links converted using your adfly id. You earn $$$$$$!

Afly Publisher,

Even though I have mentioned a viral earning feature on my http proxy server, I prefer you suggest more features.
And so, what features (privacy or money making features) would you like to see that would influence you to regularly use the http proxy server ?

Which anonymous proxy or web cache proxy or vpn do you use ?

Yes - both scenarios that you have described are fine and would not violate our Terms and Conditions.

Thank you very much for your reply. I am glad all this is allowed.
I will be running a proxy server for the first time and purely to promote my adfly links and of other users.
I have been researching on http proxy server php script but I'm spoilt for choice as there are many.
Can adfly team recommend an http proxy server php script that would be compatible with adfly so we don't have to get a programmer to custom program it to make it compatible with adfly ? Prefer license under gpl. :)

I have actually made my own custom HTTP proxy server that injects the full-page script into most HTTP websites (no HTTPS because you'd have to crack the encryption first). I'd love to get you set up with it for free! Right now it injects http://linkshrink.net/ref=f6HcE ads but I've also tested it with AdFly successfully. Furthermore, I set up a custom DNS server to redirect most websites through the proxy. Many devices and routers don't let you connect through an HTTP proxy but do allow you to change the DNS server. My system can handle both scenarios.

You can try it out for yourself by changing your DNS to 52.15.132.240 and visiting an HTTP website (no HTTPS) such as http://example.com.

Contact me at http://linkshrink.net/74s5ci to discuss licensing (GPL, MIT, etc.) and setting up a server.

In short, you have created something similar to the Fan Browser, correct ?
https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCFnJPf ... LLqYZRLAag

Why don't you try out the Fan Browser while I try-out your HTTP proxy and let's see how much we manage to earn from both ventures in terms of adf.ly income. I'm sure if we declare our successes in this forum then more "members" would follow suit. ;)
I can give you feed-back and suggestions to improve your HTTP Proxy and likewise you can give me feed-back and suggestions regarding my Fan Browser.
I can try building a desktop software (.exe) based on your HTTP Proxy engraving our adfly Full Page Scripts and likewise you can try building a web version of my Fan Browser (if you like) and engrave both our Full Page Scripts.
Good idea ?

One question, how are you going to prevent users watching illegal sites and sites forbidden by adf.ly (eg. porn sites) ? Imagine someone typed in a url of a porn site on your HTTP Proxy and your FULL PAGE script converted that to an adfly link and presented to the user. Your user would be viewing porn urls using your adfly id and adfly would ban your account.
Check how my Fan Browser prevents users from watching porn sites. It first checks the keywords in the url, then the meta tags and then finally the keywords on the webpage to see if any adult words exist. If they do, then the Fan Browser gives an alert that the webpage's url would not be converted to an adfly link nor publicized for others to click.
So now, your HTTP Proxy is going to have to scan the url of your user's url input for banned words then load the webpage in the background and then scan the webpage for banned words. If it finds banned words then it can give warning alert and not load the webpage on the user's screen. Otherwise, it can.
Let me know if you come-up with a better solution than this or not.

Adfly Admin,

If you read my previous post (the one above this post) then you'll learn how Fan Browser filters adult sites so it doesn't use adfly API or Full Page Script to convert adult sites.

1st Issue:
I want to run an anonymous web proxy like hidemyass.com where every url a user types would be converted using my Full Page Script or Adfly API. Now, how to prevent users from watching adult sites so that my proxy does not mistakenly convert adult material pages' urls? Any suggestions ?

2nd Issue:
I want to run an anonymous web browser where users can feed anonymous proxies IPs and it would auto rotate them. Meaning, it would use them one by one.
Every url a user types would be converted using my Full Page Script or Adfly API. Now, how to prevent users from watching adult sites so that my web browser does not mistakenly convert adult material pages' urls? Any suggestions ?
I can first load the user's chosen webpage in the background and get the web browser to check the webpage for adult words and if none exist then I can reload the same webpage but this time not in the background and by using adfly API or Full Page Script. That way, I can be sure the web browser does not convert urls of adult related materials. However, loading the same webpage twice with a proxy would make the user's waiting time more. Not to mention anonymous proxies are usually slow. Plus, proxy would get 2 requests for the same webpage. Once request for the original url and then later request for the adfly converted url. Proxies would be jammed with duplicate requests and traffic (so to speak).

Do reply.

Thanks
