Are you shortening the link and sharing the shortened link or are you using the easy link?

If you're using the easy link (https://adf.ly/publisher/tools#tools-easy) it probably won't show up until someone clicks on it.

I was thinking about this. Is it the objection of the site or the objection of the advertisers?

If it's teh advertisers objecting, there must be a way to have adult and non-adult links. Like maybe have xxx.ly or adult.ly (or some other domain) just for adult links.
