AdFly is not blocked on Facebook. It would have been blocked specifically for your account due to Facebook considering it spam. You can try to hide AdFly links in other such service which is whitelisted.

I guess it's not possible to do unless your manufacturer would allow you to do it. Check with your manufacturer website for details on this.
