Yes, there was a bit of a delay in the response over the holiday in the past weekend. To my knowledge, the guys are already handling this problem. So if you have already wrote them, they will reply soon, or most likely they have already done that.

If you still don´t see the money in your PayPal/ Payoneer and haven't contacted the support yet, please do so now, as they need to check your account.

Hi,

Once you click on Request Payment, a Cancel Payment button appears, so you could cancel it.
