What is mean by Outlook says disconnected

Outlook disconnected means your internet connection is off due to certain issues and because of which , it is showing disconnected.
It means outlook disconnected fix from your mail server.
In this case, you cannot send or receive email untll you reconnected .
Access internet after which you will be connected to internet and can work easily. It is a normal issue of disconnecting due to lack of internet connection.
